COLLEGE APPLICATION
Houston International College Cardiotech Ultrasound School is a private institutionally accredited institution located in Houston, Texas.

MISSION:
Houston International College Cardiotech Ultrasound School offers independent post-secondary education programs dedicated to providing quality training to persons interested in Allied Health careers as a profession.

ADMISSION:
Students are admitted in the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters each year. Applicants must be a high school graduate, or equivalent or higher and are required to pass an entrance exam with a minimum score of 70%. Click on the admissions tab for additional information.

CAMPUS PROGRAMS AND CLASS SIZE:
The campus is small. All programs are residential and are presented in English. They are designed to allow students the opportunity to merge lectures with hands-on learning.
Class size averages 8-10 students creating a high instructor-student ratio. The setting encourages high retention and a pleasant learning atmosphere.

FACULTY:
Faculty consists of credentialed scientific and technical background professionals. Students will have direct access to these individuals throughout the training period which allow them the opportunity to learn directly from highly qualified practitioners.

SUPPORT TEAM:
The Administrative and support staff create a stress free environment to encourage maximum learning experience.

LABS AND CLINICAL:
A variety of Ultrasound and Physiological assessment equipment is available in the labs. Students complete clinical rotations in area hospitals, imaging centers or clinics.

GRADUATES:
Graduates are encouraged to return to campus to speak to current students about work experiences.

FINANCING:
Various options are available. Qualified applicants can apply for Federal Financial Aid. PELL grant and Federal Loans are available.
