Complaint Process
Step 1
Internal Grievance Process
Students should first follow the established grievance policy outlined in the school catalog. Most concerns can be addressed and resolved at the institutional level.
Step 2
Exhaust Institutional Process
Unresolved grievances may be filed with the TWC only after exhausting the institution's grievance and complaint process. If a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be determined, the student may proceed to Step 3.
Step 3
File with TWC (Form CSC-401A)
A student may initiate a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission by filing Form CSC-401A, available on the TWC Career Schools and Colleges website.
